Turkish tomato paste comes from the Aegean, Mediterranean and southeastern Anatolia regions where the world's finest tomato varieties are grown. Turkey is the 4th largest tomato producer globally. Concentrated paste with 28-30 Brix degrees is exported in glass jars and tin cans. It is among the most demanded Turkish food products in the African market.
