Pickled cucumbers are the most popular product of Turkish pickling tradition. Burdur and Çubuk regions are the main production centers. Prepared through natural fermentation, the pickles contain no artificial preservatives. Exported in glass jars and PET packaging, they are in demand in Middle Eastern and European markets.
